El Gphone llega!
Los rumores de que Google estaba trabajando en un teléfono inteligente ya es un hecho, Google anuncio oficialmente que está trabajando en un prototipo de teléfono inteligente, llamado GPhone, que sería un teléfono que le haga competencia al iPhone y al Nokia N97.
El sistema con el que trabajaría el Gphone es Android, un sistema de código abierto. Al igual que todos esperan que el próximo celular tenga un gran control con el nuevo sistema operativo Chrome y una gran habilidad para interactuar entre ellos.
El precio aun no está decidido, aunque sus aplicaciones futuras van a ser variadas ya que su sistema es de código abierto y todos van a poder trabajar con él.

Otra gran idea de Google al querer ir mas lejos que un buscador, pues ahora tiene su navegador web, su sistema operativo apenas esta dando sus primeros frutos, el reciente Google Wave y ahora el Gphone, y que esta claramente diseñado para competir directamente con Apple.

There is a patch available to clock the CPU to 900 Mhz.And anyway it works really smooth as it is with XP installed even with the virtual memory swapped out to the SD card.And by the way even working at the standard clock speed why would this be any different for Linux than Windows? This reminds me of a Spanish friend who once complained that the Spanish fleet got hammered at the Battle of Trafalgar because the weather was bad. I then had to point out that the weather was bad for the Royal Navy as well.
